Resolved - A widespread deliverability issue was reported with Outlook free domains (outlook.com / msn.com / hotmail.com) between 24 Feb 2026 and 25 Feb 2026. Please note that Microsoft 365 mailboxes were not impacted.

During this time, emails sent to these domains experienced delays or failed delivery. Current mail delivery is working fine as expected.

The issue has now been resolved and mail delivery to these domains has returned to normal.
